“ My favorite giant eagle! The customer service is always amazing! ”
“ I went to this particular location, PASSING SEVERAL other Giant Eagles! You see, I DO NOT shop GE. I recently moved from the neighborhood where this one is. One day about a year ago, I had to settle because my other options werent available, partly because I am disabled. My experience there was surprisingly pleasant. I met spoke with the Mgr of the beveragewine dept. He was very helpful! So today, when the CGX did not have everything on my list for my upcoming birthday party, I chose to drive well out of my way to this location. I went straight to the liquor department. The young man there was VERY PLEASANT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, LITERALLY went out of his way to assist me!! And I was able to get everything that was on my list, including items he had to go elsewhere to find! I was overwhelmed with his awesome customer service that I forgot to get his name. If when I need liquor and such I will drive past other GEs to this one!!! ”
“ The price of EVERYTHING is up. The package is shrinking. The overall feeling that you have is really unnecessary for me and you. Why do we have plenty of food to sell yet we place the price for it too high? Its like a bathroom ,maybe make some extra bathrooms. It is not the hardest thing to do. Same thing with all the food. Spending 100.00, and then you have 4 to 5 items, and you still have not yet gotten any meat. The idea of it is that guys fault of whose in charge is reducing the responsibility of the people who are in charge of making decisions about how much money they are going to want. Shop like your life depends on it, pass the sodas, and the unbelievable amount of sugar that is in your food .Seriously, sugar covered taco shells now ! ”
“ This store is kept clean, well stocked, and always has fresh wares. The staff is generally helpful and friendly. The selection of items is very nice and the quality is also there. The fresh foods are good and the delibutchers area has decent product. The variety throughout the store is great for the area. The checkout lines can get a little long some days but for the most part, the place is a solid choice. ”
“ Went to Giant Eagle this past weekend and I just wanted to say how nice Douglas in the Deli section was! Im trying to eat healthier so I wanted to try some turkey cold cuts. Usually Im not a fan of turkey but I thought if I could find a tasty one maybe that would help lol. Any who I asked Douglas about a few different turkey meats and he was SO patient with me even when I was very indecisive and let me try a few so I found a good one. I just thought management should know how great of customer service he had! Its greatly appreciated in todays day and age. ”
